Casa Pacheco Leão

Our latest project was contributing to the revitalization of the exhibition space at Casa Pacheco Leão, located in the Rio de Janeiro Botanical Garden, as well as developing the technological aspects of the exhibition “The Route of Tea”, on display at Casa Pacheco Leão since November 2024.

This exhibition traces the history of tea from its ancient origins in China to its global expansion, highlighting the rituals, artistry, and social evolution tied to its production and consumption. The program includes live musical performances, lectures, and workshops, all with free admission. The goal is to immerse visitors in the rich cultural tapestry of tea, exploring its origins, global journey, and role in fostering connections between different cultures, particularly between Brazil and China.

To enhance this experience, STUDIOMETA.AI developed videos, digital panels, and interactive games as part of the exhibition space, along with an expanded digital version of the educational material, accessible via QR Codes placed throughout the exhibition.
